Post 7: Changes to my study program
Hi. I am currently in my second year of public administration at the school of government and public management at the University of Chile and I think that if I could change something about my degree. It would probably be the distribution of courses, since in the third year the academic load is much greater than it is now as we have many more courses. I would like the infrastructure to be better and safer and I would also like us to have a bigger canteen, especially now because of the pandemic I think it is very important to speed up the construction of the new building as the current one is too small for all the students to have face-to-face classes next year.
Another thing that I would love to change is the distribution of the mid-term courses, because especially at the end of the semester the academic load in terms of exams and assignments that we have to hand in increases a lot in the last weeks, and when the course subjects are finished there are still classes of the General Training and English courses left.
Due to the pandemic, I have not been able to have many face-to-face classes, only now at the end of this year I have been able to attend about 3 face-to-face classes that were taught, however something I would like is that the Institute of Public Affairs is not left out because compared to other Institutes or Faculties in terms of technology it is very remote, almost nobody knows that it exists.
I would also change the distribution of courses, is heavy the academic load
ResponderEliminarYou are right, they should move us to a safer place because of the pandemic.
